Welcome to our Chapter and you are encouraged to join us in any of our Chapter activities and events. We are anxious to meet you and begin enjoying your company as we sincerely hope you will likewise enjoy ours. We will be happy to inform you of any upcoming scheduled Chapter rides or other events. Once your membership application has been processed, you will receive a monthly newsletter directly from our Chapter Editor, Elma Gonzalez-Barrientos, either by e-mail (preferably), from this web site or by picking up a copy at Rio Grande Valley Harley Davidson, as well as a our monthly Chapter meetings.

Chapter activities are conducted primarily for the benefit of RGVST HOG chapter members. There are three categories of activities, all activities are identified as follows:
* Closed (CL) events are those chapter events which are open to chapter members and one guest per member.
* Member (MB) events are events that are open only to RGVST HOG members.
* Open (OP) events are those chapter events which are open to chapter members, national HOG members and other guests as desired.
FRIENDS VS. BIKER FRIENDS
FRIENDS: Never ask for food.
BIKER FRIENDS: Are the reason you have no food.
FRIENDS: Will say "hello".
BIKER FRIENDS: Will give you a big hug and a kiss.
FRIENDS: Call your parents Mr. and Mrs.
BIKER FRIENDS: Call your parents mom and dad.
FRIENDS: Have never seen you cry.
BIKER FRIENDS: Cry with you.
FRIENDS: Will eat at your dinner table and leave.
BIKER FRIENDS: Will spend hours there, talking, laughing and just being together.
FRIENDS: Borrow your stuff for a few days then give it back.
BIKER FRIENDS: Keep your stuff so long they forget it's yours.
FRIENDS: Know a few things about you.
BIKER FRIENDS: Could write a book with direct quotes from you.
FRIENDS: Will leave you behind if that's what the crowd is doing.
BIKER FRIENDS: Will kick the whole crowds' ••• that left you.
FRIENDS: Would knock on your door.
BIKER FRIENDS: Walk right in and say, "I'm home!".
FRIENDS: Are for a while.
BIKER FRIENDS: Are for life.
FRIENDS: Will ignore this.
